Program content

Consists of 4 modules of 5 days

Module 1 : Economic steering and performance of the IT function

Control of budgetary mechanisms and management, performance, investment management, IT budget, IT and AFAI audits.

Module 2 : Quality of service and production management

Lean and Six Sigma, service quality and the ITIL method, information systems architecture and urbanization.

Module 3 : Sourcing, international relations and contractual rights  

IT purchasing strategies, IT contract law, legal strategy in international purchasing, issues in IT enabled offshoring, cross-cultural management.

Module 4 : Systems and data security, crisis management

Software security, risks and insurance for new information technologies, CNIL and personal data protection, crisis management.

Strategic Information Systems Management

This program consists of modules taught in the Executive Specialized Master (official Diploma: Mastère Spécialisé®). You can therefore join the Executive Master at a later date without needing to repeat completed modules. The Specialized Masters selection process applies to all candidates.
