Program overview

The aim of this program is to enable professionals who are new to the world of coaching to become practitioners of company coaching. Our goal is to provide the necessary skills for the reliable, secure, and effective practice of professional coaching in an organization, from a theoretical methodological, behavioral, and ethical perspective.

The program is aimed at:

Professionals starting out in the coaching activity and essentially those who want to make it their main professional activity. They can come from the private or public sector: executives, managers, HR managers, consultants, trainers, or professionals from other backgrounds. This program is aimed especially at people who are good listeners, who are interested in others and who want to make support relationships their profession

Objectives

 

Train the high-level coaches of tomorrow that the world needs today, who are able to accompany individual transformation by heightening awareness, revealing singularities, and liberating potential.


Embody the coaching mindset by developing and maintaining an ethical code and an open-minded, curious, flexible and people-centered mindset, while consistently applying coaching ethics and standards.


Contribute to "greater well-being” to “live better” together, by building a world that is more respectful of human and natural resources and by giving individual and collective meaning to our actions.

Learning methods

The pedagogy is above all an experiential one. The starting point is the current experience of the participants and enabling them to carry out a wide range of practices in sub-groups or in plenary sessions.

The learning methods also capitalize on collective intelligence and group dynamics, within the class or within the mutual aid groups, to promote learning, solidarity, and awareness.

The pedagogy is also based on key conceptual input from practitioners in co-facilitation sessions. Another key aspect of the learning approach revolves around testimonials or sharing experience. In addition to this, there is the progressive development of an individual project, personalized support, and a two-stage certification, in the middle and at the end of the program, before of a jury, to validate the acquisition of the necessary skills to practice as a professional coach.
