The aim of this program is to enable professionals who are new to the world of coaching to become practitioners of company coaching. Our goal is to provide you with the necessary skills for the reliable, secure and efficient practice of professional coaching in an organization, from a theoretical methodological, behavioral and ethical perspective..
The program is aimed at:
Professionals who are beginning their coaching activities, HR Managers, change policy consultants and trainers, managers wishing to develop their skills, counsellors and mediators
The program combines conceptual input, which is presented via interactive role-plays and simulations, as well as numerous practical application sessions, constant co-facilitations and testimonials by experts. Participants will also gradually develop an individual project, receive personalized support, benefit from a review halfway through the program and take a final exam before a jury.
