The necessary moral code, ethics and efficiency in all counselling professions require supervision and training on a regular basis.
The supervisor of coaches, leaders and managers accompanies professionals in their practice and understanding of the phenomena of providing support. Supervisors enable them to question themselves, to regulate the interpersonal distance in their interactions with other people, and to secure the processing of issues that the latter raise.
The program is aimed at:
Qualified practitioners who are active in individual and/or collective coaching in companies.
Directors and managers working in business or associative organizations.

Composed of six modules
Understand, integrate and acquire the fundamental approach of a supervisor of coaches, leaders and managers.
Successfully complete an individual and collective supervision assignment
Become aware of and integrate the personal and therapeutic dimensions of supervising coaches, leaders and managers.
Become aware of the resonances, fears and grey areas associated with supervision.
Appropriate and practice Gestalt and Systemics in order to adapt them to the role of a supervisor
Final examination before a jury.

The program integrates the latest developments in the profession of supervisor of coaches, leaders and managers - in particular the skills required internationally and the importance of subconscious phenomena.
The program is run over several months to facilitate knowledge acquisition and in-depth learning. Intensive practice during each module enables participants to integrate the conceptual input, which is also reinforced by two distance-learning sequences. The continuous presence of the academic facilitator enables participants to benefit from real-time adaptation of the content and guest speakers.
The originality of this program revolves around the diverse and complementary contributions of supervisors who are recognized for their expertise and their code of ethics.
