A comprehensive, international Executive Specialized Master’s program run jointly by two of the world leading business schools - HEC Paris and Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Executive Master Consulting & Coaching for Change
Objectives
Reflect critically on change interventions and know how to improve them

Learning methods
Participants engage in lectures, simulations, role plays, case studies, group work, psychometric testing, individual reflections, and online tutorials. They work closely with an experienced tutor from either HEC Paris or Oxford University who will guide the individual learning journey from module essays to the thesis research.
Program
The program is run over a 17-month period and includes 7 modules of four and a half days. Modules take place at either HEC Paris or Oxford. Depending on the program design modules may also take place at a different European location such as Berlin or Copenhagen.
