The creation of value in a company is the result of aligning all its components with the challenges of the constantly changing economic and social environment. However, managing across organizational boundaries requires every manager to demonstrate leadership, to analyze complexity, and understand of the different functions of the company. This characterizes the transition from a functional manager to a "General Manager". This training program offers functional managers the unique opportunity to master two specializations of their choice and thus learn how to bring together functional and organizational objectives.
This program is also aimed at participants who already hold one of the Executive Certificates listed opposite, wishing to use the credits gained towards this dual expertise degree program.
The first step is composed of a general management seminar and a choice of expansion seminars.
The program begins with a mandatory 4-day (3 days at the beginning of the course and 1 day at the end of the course) General Management seminar, run by researchers and industry experts, which focuses on the management of organizational paradoxes from a strategic, managerial and personal perspective.
The following topics are covered: strategic renewal, stability and agility, market development and growth, team management, organizational power, negotiations and influence, conflict management, and leadership.
Taught by researchers and industry experts, these workshops prepare the participants and enable them to apply the specific knowledge acquired during the two Executive Certificates.
