step 1 - Core courses

Consists of four 4-day modules and is equivalent to the Executive Certificate in Strategic Business Unit Management.

This cycle is based on a transversal and non-functional approach to management, with a strong focus on entrepreneurship.

This cycle is designed to reinforce both personal and professional development, and enable participants to focus on their role as a leader.

Module 8 : Applying strategy in a competitive environment

step 3 - Development electives and Final Module

Module 5 : Choice of electives - Development electives

(4 days) A choice of 8 options mainly in finance, strategy, marketing, change management, sustainable development, digital business and performance management.

Module 9 : Final Module - Challenges and perspectives

(4 days) A final module on the prospects and challenges of management in the future to enrich and strengthen your medium and long-term vision of your role as a manager.

step 4 - Professional thesis

An HEC Paris tutor provides thesis support as participants put the theoretical and operational expertise acquired during the program into practice.
