An active learning approach based on presentations, followed by authentic and recent case studies, allowing participants to practice in an a real context, and providing them with a practical and effective toolbox. 

In order to fully benefit from this program, you must have completed either the ‘Maîtriser les fondamentaux de la finance’ program or the ‘Finance pour dirigeants’ program. A case study is used to assess the skills acquired at the end of the course.

Value creation for the company, shareholders, in the context of mergers and acquisitions or investment transactions.

Company valuation - specific methods 

Multiple method (EV/EBITDA), discounted cash flow (DCF), valuation of intangible assets, start-ups, and LBOs. 

The stages of negotiation and the relevant legal documents 

From the selling memorandum to closing, risk containment tools, guarantee and price revision clauses. 

Mobile financial resources 

Financial arrangements combining financial debt and hybrid financing. Establishing methods of governance between the different providers of funds.
