Having authority without exercising hierarchical power. Directors of companies with cross-functional, matrix and project team organizations need to be recognized as natural leaders if they are to foster a spirit cooperation. This approach involves changing the perception of working collectively and adapting interpersonal behavior accordingly.
The third day features a powerful experiential learning approach - behavioral training with a horse. Each participant experiences influence by learning how to obtain the cooperation, without any coercion, of an expert in non-verbal communication (a horse). The other days combine interactive input and exchanges, as well as concrete simulations of the key stages in the positioning of the cross-functional team leader.
We highly recommended staying at HEC Paris le Château during the program and to apply for accommodation when you register. This greatly enhances the perspective, impact and benefits of the program.
