Have an authority without hierarchical power

Directors of companies with cross-functional, matrix and project team organizations need to be recognized as natural leaders if they are to foster a spirit cooperation without having to resort to hierarchical power. This approach involves changing the perception of working collectively and adapting interpersonal behavior accordingly.

By focusing intensely on behavior, this program will enable you to enhance and adapt your ability to influence in different contexts.
