Program Overview
Data Science and Artificial Intelligence are impacting the business models of companies regardless of their market, sector, or size. Data is now definitely perceived as a capital, but some companies are still struggling to capitalize on all the advantages that using Data can bring to their company.
The issue that CEOs are facing is multidimensional: who will manage the Data Project in the company? Which subjects should you start to work on first? What kind of technical infrastructure do you need to implement? How do you capture the value created by Data?

CEOs of small and medium-sized companies and Business Unit Directors in SBF 120 and CAC40 companies who want to develop a global approach to Data Science and Artificial Intelligence for their company.

LEARNING METHODS
This program combines academic presentations, business case studies and discussions among pairs. Participants will work in groups on different business cases, which focus on the use of Data Science and AI to develop business.
Each participant will also have to work on an individual assignment that focuses on the Data Transformation of his or her company.
