Program content

Consists of 5 main themes

Focus 1

Develop an environment that lends itself to creativity. Capitalize on the Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) methodology by combining it with Agile and Design thinking approaches.

Focus 2

Explore and design new business models. Discover and apply tools to generate, capture and develop ideas.

Focus 3

Enhance your understanding of customer needs, especially their underlying needs. Capitalize on them to inspire innovation.

Focus 4

Become more familiar with the principles of responsible innovation. Learn how to create and innovate with tools and methods that take into account the social and environmental impact of products and services.

Focus 5

Increase the adoption rate of innovation by your customers.

Obtain an HEC Paris certificate

You can personalize your study path according to your own needs and resources. You will be awarded an HEC Paris Executive Education certificate after a total of 10 days of training. This can be spread out over 3 intensive programs during a 2-year period. You can also join the HEC Executive Community.
