Executive Education

Diversité et Inclusion

Diversité et Inclusion

Program Overview

Diversity and inclusion now feature prominently in political and media debates. Senior Managers, Human Resources Directors and Executives are under more pressure than ever before to meet compliance standards. But is the real issue just about escaping sanctions in cases of discrimination? The subject is much far-reaching and is more about ethics and leveraging performance.

This seminar will give you the opportunity to question the impact of the new regulations on the practices in your companies. Above all, it will enable you to measure the virtuous effects of inclusion in your transformation dynamics. Developing an inclusive organization that values the human dimension helps us to assume our social and societal responsibilities. Recognizing differences and valuing them enables us to progress towards greater commitment, innovation, and efficiency.

None of this would be possible without purposeful and exemplary management, which can remove obstacles and change behaviors. This program will help you discover how collective intelligence creates solid and lasting relationships of trust with both teams and clients.
