Program Overview
The objective of the 4-day training is to provide non-financial executives with the tools and knowledge to understand and interpret the accounts, budgets, indicators and ratios, necessary for the management of a company or Business Unit. Based on real and recent cases, a practical toolbox will be shared with the participants.
At the end of the 4 days of training, participants will have integrated the elements of language, concepts, and technical terms allowing them to associate financial management with their strategic and operational decisions.
