Develop and master the role of coach in your professional practices.
This program enables people with a relationship-based role to optimize their interactions and become more efficient. This is an action-based learning program, providing both methodological input, and situations where participants can experience the role of coach and integrate it into their working practices.

Learning methods
The dynamic learning approach facilitates exchanges between participants, who alternate between the role of coach, coachee and observer. The conceptual and methodological input is spread across the modules and is applied to the concrete situations provided by the participants. The facilitators coordinate the group activities, while paying particular attention to each individual.
