Trust in your strengths and boost your career development

Heighten your awareness of personal obstacles and practice overcoming them with your peers

Group motivation: this workshop focuses on co-development, sharing the same culture, know-how and the “keys to success”

Learning methods

With the aid of theatrical improvisation exercises (learning how to let go, become more assertive and to bounce back) and role-playing (ability to convince and influence, take the lead, be daring, put yourself forward, handle the unexpected, network, tell a story, etc.), you will learn through action and experimentation how to develop your leadership and benefit from personalized feedback.

Communicating your ideas, getting what you want, and gaining the support of the people you are addressing!

  • Learn how to project a strong self-image by cultivating assets that too few women think of developing: letting go, the right to make mistakes, and humor
  • Become more charismatic by developing your reactivity, and your ability to bounce back and to face the unexpected
  • Dare to put yourself forward, and assert your ideas in order to be both known and recognized

Gain time, serenity, efficiency, and confidence by daring to give and receive feedback!

  • Master the art of feedback
  • Learn how to hear a compliment or a criticism

Method: Interactive exchanges on what is or is not feedback, on the usefulness of giving and receiving feedback, the difference between feedback and criticism, and the form and tempo of feedback.

Learn how to shine and make yourself known

  • Discover your ability to take action without being inhibited, to let go and to act without imposing brakes
  • Train yourself to make decisions, to take the initiative and to assume your actions without regretting "what you could or should have done instead"
  • Work on your interpersonal skills in challenging internal or networking contexts to develop a positive self-image and have an impact on others
