The ability to motivate and support teams plays a key role in leading transformation processes effectively. To be successful, you need to integrate your own commitment and beliefs, as well as how you interact with all stakeholders. This program therefore combines the cross-disciplinary perspectives of sociology, the systemic approach, corporate governance and managerial relationships, in order to provide a complete frame of reference.
