Consists of 4 themes over 4 days

Theme 1 : Face-to-face relationships 

A multi-cultural management guide to country and organization cultures.

Theme 2 : Acting as a team member 

15 steps to understanding teamwork and how to bridge cultural differences.

Theme 3 : Acting as an international team leader

Developing high performing international collaborative team work.

Theme 4 : Coordinating remote international teams

An innovative model for managing remote teams that delivers tangible results.

You can personalize your study path according to your own needs and resources. You will be awarded an HEC Paris Executive Education certificate after a total of 10 days of training.
