Program Content

Consists of 4 e-learning modules and 1 face-to-face module

Module 1 : Strategic Marketing - understanding your working environment

Analyze key trends and impacts, develop a value chain, from segmentation to targeting corporate client needs.

Module 2 : Marketing your offer – preparing to sell

Assess your value creation, from value to price, define your market positioning.

Module 3 : Operational Marketing – building the customer relationship

Identify your buyers, develop a sustainable relationship, how to communicate with your corporate clients.

Module 4 : Marketing Analysis -  assessing your input

Key indicators and client satisfaction management.

Face-to-face module : Study of the problems

Working in sub-groups on concrete cases based on issues raised during the e-learning sessions. Creation and presentation of an individual action plan.

You can personalize your study path according to your own needs and resources. You will be awarded an HEC Paris Executive Education certificate after a total of 10 days of training.
