The ability to optimize customer experience is one of the key challenges for companies today. How do you make your strategy strong enough to ensure that marketing activities are effective?  How do you then integrate this approach into to a seamless customer experience?

These are just some of the questions that participants will be able to answer by following this innovative online and in-class program.

  • Understand how to optimize customer experience in order to build lasting relationships with customers
  • Develop innovative solutions to successfully manage specific business contexts and/or challenges

Consists of 4 e-learning modules followed by 1 in-classs module

MODULE 1 : MARKETING STRATEGY: UNDERSTANDING YOUR ENVIRONMENT

Analyze the major trends and develop the value chain from segmentation to targeting to customer needs.

MODULE 2 : MARKETING YOUR OFFER – PREPARING TO SELL 

Assess your value creation from value to price, and define your market positioning.

MODULE 3 : OPERATIONAL MARKETING – BUILDING THE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP

Identify your buyers, develop sustainable relationships and communicate with your customers.

MODULE 4 : MARKETING ANALYSIS - MEASURING PERRORMANCE

Key performance indicators and managing customer satisfaction. Identifying the specific strategic issues of the participants.

MODULE 5 (IN-CLASS) : STUDYING THE ISSUES

Feedback on the strategic issues raised by participants and exploring the key challenges.
