An online and collaborative module to cover the fundamentals as well as a 2-day face-to-face workshop to explore ways to work on the fundamental challenges of customer experience.


The program consists of 4 online modules and 1 face-to-face module. 


Analyze key trends and impacts, develop a value chain, segmentation and targeting customer needs. 

Develop your value and pricing proposition, and define your market positioning.
