Practice analyzing the necessary criteria to choose a strategy,
Master strategic management to achieve acceptable compromises,
Identify alliance tactics and negotiation mechanisms, both on a one-to-one and group level.
Consists of 3 themes
Theme 1 : Behave as a strategist: knowing how to anticipate
Strategies, tactics, the lessons of Sun Tzu, bargaining power, stakes and context.
Theme 2 : Understand the negotiation context
Game plan analysis, identifying the right moment.
Theme 3 : Define strategic management techniques: commitment and control
Techniques, stratagems, forcing the issue and group negotiation, etc.
