How can you create, embody and implement your sales strategy within your teams?

Sales Management is complex and involves developing long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring profitability and developing the potential of your teams. The aim of this program is provide you with the know-how to create and implement an effective customer and team oriented commercial strategy.

Consists of two 4-day modules

Module 1 : Commercial strategy

Positioning the Sales Division, creating your strategic plan, incorporating financial elements, etc.

Module 2 : Managing sales teams

Cross-channel strategy, developing your team's performance, motivating your co-workers, etc.

Obtain an HEC Paris certificate

You can personalize your study path according to your own needs and resources. You will be awarded an HEC Paris Executive Education certificate after a total of 10 days of training. This can be spread out over 3 intensive programs during a 2-year period. You can also join the HEC Executive Community.
