Leadership is not a hierarchical position, it is an approach. Women who have positions of responsibility in companies can develop this type influential behavior. Taking a step back, exchanging with peers and acquiring key operational techniques will enable you to gain in efficiency and confidence.

You can choose from 8 dynamic workshops to develop your professional agility, adopt a leadership approach and rethink your current practices by using improvisation techniques.

Program Content

8 workshops for women based on a specific theme

Workshop 1 : Convince and influence as a woman

Project a strong self-image and dare to stand out from the crowd.

Workshop 2 : Stand out and enhance your charisma

Develop your personal magnetism, concentrate on techniques which work for you and learn how to interact more effectively.

Workshop 3 : Adopting a leadership approach

Experiment with the leadership approach and portray a strong self-image.

Workshop 4 : Practical training on how to dare

Act without feeling inhibited, take responsibility for your actions, learn how to trust yourself and dare to say what you think.

Workshop 5 : Developing your personal impact through storytelling

Learn how to tell your own story and to talk about your job, company or project. Convince and win people over through the art of storytelling.

Workshop 6 : Managing difficult characters and strong emotions

Handle contentious people with agility.

Workshop 7 : Develop and master the art of networking

Enhance open-mindedness, agility, involvement, assertiveness and the ability to let go.

Workshop 8 : Learning how to say no

Train to become more assertive and to say no in a constructive way, in order to be more serene, available and efficient in your professional activities.

Atelier 9 : Réagir face aux stéréotypes de genre

S’entraîner à réagir du tac au tac face à des attitudes sexistes et à convaincre des personnes opposées, sceptiques, indécises sur l’intérêt de la mixité

Atelier 10 : Manager une équipe vers la réussite

Recevoir des retours miroir sur son style managérial et s’entraîner à fixer des objectifs, recadrer, motiver, pour passer pleinement du faire au faire faire
