Second Year Program

Purposeful Leadership

The second-year mentoring program aims at making students "feel", "live" that purposeful leadership is based on the quality of relationships between human beings, nourished by a healthy self-knowledge.

The program will be organized in 4 sessions of 3 hours spread over 4 months with certified coaches from the HEC coaching school.
Situational exercises in class, then guided application between sessions in student's real life (academic life, campus life etc...)
38 groups/classes of 20 students; 15 groups in S1 (ex L3), 23 groups in S2.

Commitment :

  • Pedagogical platform for monitoring and harmonization of classes
  • Evaluation of each student's participation in class and the quality of the implementation work between classes (completeness/width, depth/detail, sincerity/authenticity of the texts produced)
