Biography
I am a PhD Candidate in Management and Human Resources at HEC Paris. I started my PhD studies in fall 2015 and aim to defend in June 2021. I am a qualitative researcher and my research interests are anchored in the study of institutional change. In my dissertation I am exploring the emergence of agency at the individual and collective level. More precisely, I am analysing how French doctors in reproductive medicine start perceiving institutional contradictions, and how their agency evolves between practical resolution of conflicts and more projective and collective attitudes towards institutional change. In my career, I aim at pursuing the exploration of the drivers and emergence of institutional change.
My teaching interests include organizational theory, power and politics, professions, organizational behavior and grand challenges such as ecology.
Dissertation title: From practical to projective agency: The role of professionals in institutional change
