Biography
Alexandre Madelaine is a PhD candidate in Accounting and Management Control. His research uses archival data to examine the impact of short sellers and fund managers on financial markets.
Alexandre is a former student of ENS Paris-Saclay. He received his MRes in Economics from IP Paris (ENSAE, Polytechnique and HEC Paris) and his MSc in Strategic Management from Paris-Saclay University. Before joining academia, Alexandre passed the competitive exams to be a senior teacher in France. He teaches financial accounting in the Grande Ecole and MBA programs of HEC Paris.
