Pascal Viénot is in charge of corporate governance programs within HEC Executive Education.

An active member of the French Directors Institute (Institut Français des Administrateurs), Pascal Viénot also participates in ECODA, the European Confederation of Directors Associations, participating in the writing of the European Governance Code for Unlisted Companies.

He sits as an independent director in the board of various companies.Pascal Viénot is also the co-founder of an independent consulting firm specialized in corporate governance, where he specializes on family businesses.

Before joining HEC Executive Education, Pascal Viénot held various senior positions in major insurance companies and investment funds in Europe (CFO, Chairman of the Board, etc).

He is the author of a book on Corporate Governance in family companies, La gouvernance de l'entreprise familiale (Eyrolles, 2007).

Pascal Viénot holds an HEC Master's degree as well as an MBA degree from Columbia University.
