Venture Capital Bootcamp
Summer Program
A venture capital immersion program where participants learn to think like a founder, decide like an investor. This is the dual perspective that will set you apart.
WHEN?
The Venture Capital Bootcamp is an intensive two week program offering a direct and operational immersion into venture investing. Participants learn how professional investors source opportunities, evaluate innovation based on scoring frameworks, conduct due diligence, structure financing vehicles, and communicate performance to Limited Partners.
It is designed to give participants a dual understanding of the innovation ecosystem: how venture capital investors evaluate, finance and support startups, as well as how startups are built to understand the other side. Through hands on simulations and real world analysis, students internalize the decision processes of venture capitalists while also experiencing the founder perspective to understand the information asymmetry that defines early stage markets.
• Investor side: analyzing a market opportunity, conducting due diligence, drafting investment memos, defining an investment thesis, and pitching a VC fund to LPs.
• Founder side: identifying a problem, analyzing personas, iterating based on user feedback.
Venture capital is operating in a moment of structural disruption. Artificial intelligence is reshaping entire industries, compressing innovation cycles, and redefining competitive advantage. At the same time, geopolitical fragmentation, capital constraints, and renewed focus on technological sovereignty are transforming how and where innovation can scale. Assumptions that once guided venture investing, abundant liquidity, predictable exits, and globalized growth, are no longer stable.
In this environment, venture capital is more than a financing mechanism. It is a strategic system for allocating risk, selecting technologies, and shaping long term economic power. Investment decisions made at the early stage increasingly influence industrial leadership, data control, and strategic autonomy. As a result, investors face rising expectations from Limited Partners to demonstrate discipline, clarity of thesis, and the ability to navigate uncertainty with rigor.
The core challenge lies in decision making under imperfect information. Early stage signals are weak, noisy, and evolving. Founders iterate rapidly while investors must commit capital for long time horizons. Intuition alone is insufficient. Effective venture investing now requires structured reasoning, analytical frameworks, and a deep understanding of incentives across the ecosystem, from founders to LPs.
It is against this backdrop that the VC Bootcamp is positioned.
Upon successful completion of the summer program, participants will be able to develop a wide array of hard and soft skills.
