Custom designed for managers between the ages of 25 to 35 with previous work experience averaging 6 years, the MBA program addresses both functional and cross-functional skills, through both a fundamental and a customized phase, both designed to cover all areas of management in depth. Highly selective, the program has less than 300 participants per year, from 52 different nationalities with diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Participants gain hands-on, practical experience through seminars integrated into the curriculum, such as the MBA Tournament and the Off-campus Leadership Seminar.
