Innovation is characterized by the meeting of a novelty and a market. An authentic innovator is therefore dedicated to constantly linking ideas for new products or services with users who express a real need for an offer whose perceived value will be tangible. However, this "customer orientation" is far from natural and requires a good dose of empathy and analytical skills in order not to seek to satisfy ghost needs allegedly expressed by equally evanescent customers.
Hence the interest in capitalizing on the "power of ignorance" and generating disruptive ideas thanks to the people who are a priori the least experienced in a given field.
Participate in the new HEC Challenge + club conference dedicated to collaborative innovation and collective intelligence workshops, Wednesday, July 10, starting at 2pm.
This conference will be moderated by Aude NYADANU, co-founder and CEO of LOWPITAL. Aude has developed this innovative approach in the hospital sector, where the multiplicity of stakeholders makes the design and implementation of new patient services all the more complex.
Open to all, this conference will provide an opportunity to familiarize oneself with this new method of innovating as closely as possible to the needs of users.
