Creation of the "Henri and Jérôme De Castries Family" sheltered foundation

As generous patrons of the HEC Foundation for many years, Henri (H.76) and Jérôme (H.16) de Castries have created the "Henri and Jérôme de Castries Family" Foundation, which is housed by the HEC Foundation and whose purpose is to support equal opportunities and social openness at the School.

Henri de Castries (H.76) et Jérôme de Castries (H.16) are two donors who have been committed to the Foundation for many years and are very closely involved in our work. Henri de Castries has been a member of the Foundation's Board of Directors since 2016 and Jérôme de Castries joined the HEC Foundation Campaign Committee in 2019. Both wished to make their commitment part of a long-term philanthropic system by creating a foundation under the aegis of the HEC Foundation at the end of 2020.

The mission of the Henri and Jérôme de Castries Family Foundation is to support actions in favor of equal opportunity and social openness at HEC Paris. The Henri and Jérôme de Castries Family Foundation will participate in financing scholarships for high school and preparatory school students and HEC Paris students, for example, and will support actions, projects or organizations designed to facilitate access to the excellence of HEC Paris for students from modest social backgrounds.

Olivier Sevillia (MBA.90), President of the HEC Foundation and Delphine Colson (H.94), Executive Director, warmly thank Henri and Jérôme de Castries for their precious commitment to a key dimension for HEC and their mobilization to support students, particularly during this period.
