Executive Program CCC taking place for the 1st time in Berlin, September 17-21

HEC Executive Education program Consulting and Coaching for Change (CCC) took place in Berlin 17.-21. September. 30 executives participated in a study case with companies identified and contacted by the HEC Germany office: Kontist, Deutsche Bank, Kienbaum, Raisin & Crosslend

Consulting and Coaching for Change is an Executive Master Program run jointly by HEC Paris / Saïd Business School. It combines strengths of two of the world's leading business schools with modules alternaticvely taking place in Paris and in Oxford.

For the first time, CCC last module took place in Germany where participants explored transformations of work in Berlin.

More specifically, they studied how entrepreneurs and young companies change our understanding of work and organizations. Berlin offered the perfect scenery having one of the most vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystems in Europe.

The participants worked closely with four organizations that either are start-ups or established organizations that strive toward adopting a more entrepreneurial culture.

This module was designed in close collaboration with the HEC Paris Germany office.
