GEW2021: What Makes Entrepreneurship in Africa Unique?

As part of the Global Entrepreneurship Week #GEW2021, HEC Paris Africa Days and the HEC Paris Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center have organized a round table to discuss the specificities of entrepreneurship on the African continent.

What makes entrepreneurship in Africa Unique? A Roundtable Debate between entrepreneurs, business school students and academics.

As part of the Global Entrepreneurship Week #GEW2021, HEC Paris Africa Days and the HEC Paris Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center have organized a round table to discuss the specificities of entrepreneurship on the African continent.   

Panelists:  
 - Pacôme Ezan, co-director Financial Control Structured Finance at Crédit Agricole, "Angel investor”, founder of Afrisquare Invest.  
 - Graziella Kiragu, student, HEC-X Master in Entrepreneurship  
 - Albert Mensah, Assistant Professor of Accounting and Management Control at HEC Paris, CEO of Codabot Ghana  
 - Ginika Okafor-Obamuroh, HEC Paris MBA candidate, founder of Yili Footwear

 - Yaya Koné, Co-founder & CEO of COLIBA., Côte d’Ivoire
