Thomas Roulet

Senior Lecturer, Judge Business School, Cambridge University (UK)

Strategy and Business Policy, Class of 2014

PhD Thomas Roulet

Looking back, I'm glad I picked HEC!

I graduated from the HEC PhD 2014. I started my career in the United Kingdom and today I'm proud of working as Senior Lecturer (tenured assistant professor) at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School. The HEC PhD provided me with not only intense intellectual stimulation but also exceptional support to do well in an academic career. I was supported to go spend a year in a US Business School (Columbia University, New York) which helped me further develop my research portfolio. Looking back, I'm glad I picked HEC - the quality of the training has really set me on a great start. I also appreciated to be exposed to a variety of research traditions, which enabled me to engage in dialogues with other disciplines.
