Biographie
Since joining HEC Paris, my research mostly focuses on short selling and financial analyses disseminated by investors. In my dissertation, I use archival data to examine the nature and implications of equity research disclosed by institutional investors. In particular, I study the stakes of stock recommendations and target prices issued by activist short sellers and hedge fund managers. I also investigate how firms react to short selling.
During my PhD, I developed an interest in ESG topics and started investigating questions related to ESG reporting.
I am a former student of the École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay. I received my MRes in Economics from Institut Polytechnique de Paris (ENSAE, Polytechnique and HEC Paris) and my MSc in Strategic Management from the École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay. I also passed a French competitive exam to be a senior teacher in Economics and Management (with a major in Finance and Control). I teach financial accounting in the Grande École and MBA programs of HEC Paris.
