Early adopters show substantial performance improvements, but overall, we are still experiencing adoption pains.

As leaders address the impact of the pandemic on their organizations, they need to consider what the next normal means for their culture. This means addressing the impact of AI-based decision making on diversity agendas.

The headlines around the impact of AI on diversity decisions exacerbate the situation and an arms-length transaction doesn’t work. It’s time for leaders to take the lead on this area.
