“Visions of Leadership” Week at the HEC Paris MBA

22nd to 26th March 2010

Jouy-en-Josas, 22nd March 2010

Throughout this week, the 200 current MBA participants, representing 55 nationalities, are invited to voice their opinions through a series of conferences and debates with such prestigious guests as historian, sociologist and philosopher Theodore Zeldin; Chairman of the Board of AXA Henri de Castries;  President & CEO of GE International Ferdinando "Nani" Beccalli-Falco;  CEO of TBWA Worldwide Jean-Marie Dru; His Excellence the US Ambassador to France & Monaco Charles Rivkin and CEO of GDF SUEZ Gérard Mestrallet .

The year-long Visions of Leadership seminar cycle at the HEC MBA culminates in this dedicated week which is supported by L’Oréal and AXA, sponsors of the “Visions of Leadership” Center, and Daniel Bernard, President of Provestis and President of the HEC Foundation.

This seminar generates a unique pooling of leadership experiences on a global scale, invaluable experience-sharing about the role of leadership within the governance of international companies and the development of new tools in order to improve leadership practices.

Most sessions will be recorded live and podcasts will be available on iTunes U within the next few days.

“At the HEC MBA leadership training is a quest for meaning that must come from within and light the way for others” states Valérie Gauthier, Associate Dean of the MBA program. “With an average of 6 years professional experience, the MBA participants are able to draw from their own experiences in order to embrace their leadership potential and present themselves in front of already accomplished leaders.”
