Our recruiting fairs are ideal platforms for boosting your reputation and visibility among our students, thanks to these exclusive interactions that take place yearly on the HEC campus. Each fair is an opportunity for our students to engage directly with your teams and enhance their understanding of your company, its culture, and its different lines of work, challenges and expectations. They provide the optimal conditions for recruiting top international talent for your business activities around the world, all in one one place and at one time.

MBA Career Week

September 2 to 6, 2024

The MBA Career Week kicks off the recruitment season in early September, offering you the chance to meet with over 300 MBAs from the graduating class, together with EMBA participants.

You can schedule a 90-minute session with students, which gives you enough time for a company presentation, a question-and-answer session, and more informal networking.

The CVs of all the participating students are provided in advance.

International Finance Fair

September 25 & 26, 2024

Held in late September, this unique event is dedicated to finance, introducing our students to the top companies in financial services, with a strong international dimension.

Over the course of a full day, you have the opportunity to engage with all of our students, not just from the Grande École but also our MBA, Specialized Masters and MSc programs.

International Consulting Fair

October 2 & 3, 2024

At this event, top consulting firms, including specialized practices and in-house consulting teams, present their global opportunities for internships and full-time employment

Over the course of a full day, you have the chance to meet, interview, and deepen your understanding of the variety of profiles from our Specialized Masters, MSc, MBA and Grande École programs.

Legal & Tax Forum

October 24, 2024

We have been facilitating exchanges between our students and law firms and corporate legal departments since 2002. Every year, more than 30 recruiters come to present their activities, employment and internship opportunities. This event gives you the chance to interact for a whole afternoon with students specializing in the legal and tax sector, or lawyers who have come to the school to acquire management skills.

Digital & Tech Career Fair

November 6 & 7, 2024

Our students follow the latest industry trends, staying on top of the advances in digital technologies taking place in companies and startups that combine digital innovation and business. This reaches across all sectors, such as finance, healthcare and luxury.

Many of our programs are directly geared towards these business activities and issues, including the Digital Major and the new MSc Data Science for Business Program created with École Polytechnique. In addition, an MBA digital specialization was recently created in response to the fact that nearly 25% of our MBA students are recruited into this sector. NEW this year Blockchain hub!

HEC Carrefours Career Fair

January 19 to 21, 2025

The HEC Carrefours Career Fair is the largest and most wide-ranging recruitment fair held during the academic year.

Organized by the Carrefours student committee, the Fair is held over three days. For 2 years now, the Carrefours Career Fair offer an Hybrid Career Fair with 3 options : Virtual, In-person or Hybrid.

To help students prepare properly for the event, the annual forum of the HEC Alumni Association, organized jointly with the HEC Career Center, takes place just before Carrefours. Meetings with alumni, workshops and seminars on optimizing CVs and LinkedIn profiles, training for job interviews, conferences for sharing information about international labor markets, and much more are all on the agenda.
