Meet Révèle the first sporting company dedicated to women in contact sports   

Who are you?

We are Clémence Fabre and Laetitia Pingel, two HEC graduates (2015), who are passionate about sports. Our aim is to change the way women play sports!

What is Révèle?

Révèle is the first sporting company designing high-tech equipment for spirited women athletes in contact sports to achieve a higher performance, with comfort and style. What contact sports are we talking about? Rugby, Handball, Boxing, MMA, and Judo.

Why this project?

Révèle exists because today, most women playing contact sports have to buy their gear in men’s or junior aisles. The equipment today is neither comfortable, nor technical and is a real barrier for women who want to engage in those sports.

Why did you choose the HEC Incubator?

We both majored in Entrepreneurship but felt like we still needed help and advice to really get our company up and running. The network of advisors and mentors at the HEC Incubator is amazing and can fit all needs, not only the digital ones, which is really important for us because we create "real" products.

What are your expectations?

We aim at selling our clothing and protections collection in March 2017. In the meantime, the products we develop are being approved by a specialized medical lab located in the UK and by professional women athletes.

What's the best advice you've got from your incubator experience so far?

It's something we have in our DNA here at Révèle, and that the Incubator pushes as well: just dare! Dare to ask people what they need or want. Dare to reach out to people for help! Dare to dream that you'll make the best product ever. Dare to prove everyone else wrong. I guess we have a lot of the HEC spirit in us!

What could you offer to other incubates?

We went through a lot of situations, good and bad, during our first year as a start-up and our experience could be really interesting for the other incubates, in terms of what to do and what not to do. Plus we could make someone famous with our advertising campaigns: who will be HEC Incubator's Next Model?
