Management & Human Resources
The Management and Human Resources department is a culturally diverse community of professors committed to academic excellence in research and teaching. The diversity of theoretical and empirical approaches of its faculty members is a major strength of the department.
Our research covers a wide range of fields such as: organizational behaviour, human resources management, organizational theory, cross cultural and international business, corporate social responsibility, philanthropy management, managerial cognition. Our methods of inquiry range from action and longitudinal studies, field analyses, qualitative case studies, experimentations, to the quantitative analysis of primary and secondary data.
The department has close ties to the local and international business communities nurtured by research projects, consulting, coaching, board memberships, and high press visibility in France and abroad.
