Women Leaders for HEC Paris and the World

Iedp.Com , 20 January 2014

As part of a global project, HEC recently held an interactive workshop for women in Qatar on the theme of leadership and entrepreneurship. Professor Laoucine Kerbache, CEO and Academic Dean of HEC Paris in Qatar, explains that "the objective of the workshop is to further develop the leadership and entrepreneurial capabilities of women in Qatar."

Reinforcing this notion of female leadership, HEC has also just announced that for the first time in its history, it has appointed a woman as head of its Executive Education department. Marina Kundu is the new Associate Dean for Executive Education. Kundu, elected to her new position by HEC faculty members, told how “at HEC Executive Education, our challenge over the next few years will be to develop our portfolio of programs in different regions around the world.”
