Climate change and the global response to it are fundamentally transforming the business landscape. This program provides participants with a toolbox to navigate the complexities of climate change and decarbonization from a business angle that engages all stakeholders in shared and sustained value creation. The program is built on four pillars:

Understanding the big picture: science, economics, and policy

Transitioning global supply chains: energy, corporate decarbonization, and circularity

Reengineering business models: decarbonization and business model innovation

Managing the climate transition: corporate innovation and developing steering systems.

Pedagogy and Evaluations

Pédagogy :

This program combines a variety of learning methods: in-class instruction rooted in recent academic research, hands-on experience by solving real-world business cases, reverse class-room settings, and various in-class exercises, as well as a discussion of pre-course reading materials. We also encourage participants to actively contribute to class by sharing their experience and challenges in tackling decarbonization to create an interactive environment.
