Biographie

Matthias Efing est Professeur Associé en Finance à HEC Paris et affilié au CEPR, au CESifo et à la Chaire ACPR sur la régulation et les risques systémiques. Ses travaux portent sur l’intermédiation financière, la finance d’entreprise et la gouvernance, avec des publications dans Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Financial Economics, Review of Finance, Review of Corporate Finance Studies et Journal of International Economics. Ses recherches ont été largement relayées dans la presse. Il est titulaire d’un doctorat en finance de l’Institut Suisse de Finance et d’un diplôme de Diplomkaufmann de l’Université de Mannheim.
