Biographie

Aline Gatignon est Professeure Associée de Stratégie à HEC Paris. Avant de rejoindre HEC, elle était Professeure Assistante de Management à la Wharton School de l’Université de Pennsylvanie. Ses recherches portent sur la manière dont les organisations peuvent concevoir des stratégies collaboratives pour répondre aux grands défis sociétaux, avec un accent particulier sur les partenariats intersectoriels dans les pays émergents. Elle s’intéresse à l’engagement des entreprises auprès d’acteurs non-marchands—ONG, gouvernements, communautés—afin de promouvoir une croissance inclusive et durable.

Ses travaux ont été publiés dans des revues académiques de premier plan telles que le Strategic Management Journal et Organization Science, et ont reçu de nombreuses distinctions, dont une nomination au Thinkers50 Radar Class of 2025 et le prix d’Émerging Sustainability Scholar décerné par l’ARCS. Elle siège aux comités éditoriaux du Strategic Management Journal et de Organization Science, et a occupé des fonctions de leadership au sein de l’Academy of Management et de la Strategic Management Society.

Aline est titulaire d’un doctorat et d’un master en management de l’INSEAD, ainsi que d’une licence et d’un master de Sciences Po Paris. Franco-américaine, elle parle couramment le français, l’anglais, le portugais et l’espagnol.
