Biographie

John Mawdsley a obtenu son Doctorat en Management stratégique auprès de l’Université de l’Illinois à Urbana-Champaign. Ses principaux intérêts de recherche se situent à l’intersection de la stratégie coopérative et du capital humain stratégique, avec un accent mis sur la façon dont les entreprises à forte intensité de connaissances créent et captent de la valeur à partir des relations avec leurs clients et leurs collaborateurs. Il a des intérêts de recherche secondaires qui portent sur les moteurs et les impacts de la mobilité des employés ainsi que sur la coopétition dans les relations d’échange verticales.          

Il enseigne le cours de base en stratégie, ainsi que le management stratégique des entreprises de services professionnels.
