Information Systems et Operations Management
Biographie
Joseph est professeur associé au sein du département Systèmes d’Information et Management des Opérations à HEC Paris. Il enseigne les cours de Supply Chain et Management des Opérations, ainsi que la modélisation de dnnées et le Management de Projet et de l’Innovation, dans les divers programmes diplômants d’HEC Paris. Il est également directeur académique de plusieurs programmes internationaux sur mesure destinés aux cadres dirigeants, et professeur affilié à l’École Polytechnique (France), où il est responsable de deux cours dans le programme de Master en Science, Technology and Energy Management (STEEM).
Il est titulaire d’un doctorat en génie industriel de Polytechnique Montréal (Canada). Il a participé au programme MINE (Managing Innovation in the New Economy), le plus vaste programme de recherche en sciences sociales au Canada. Ses travaux de recherche portent sur la dynamique de l’innovation, le leadership des plateformes technologiques, les énergies renouvelables et le développement durable. Ses recherches ont été publiées dans des revues telles que MIS Quarterly Executive et Harvard Business Review, et présentées lors de conférences internationales en systèmes d’information telles que HICSS (Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences) et ICIS (International Conference on Information Systems).
Joseph a reçu à deux reprises le prestigieux prix Syntec Management, en 2016 et en 2022, et s’est vu décerner l’illustre Kauffman Best Paper Award de ICIS en 2023. Il a aussi été finaliste à deux reprises pour le Best Paper Award de Society for Information Management (SIM). Certifié PMP, il possède plusieurs années d’expérience professionnelle en conseil et en transformations technologiques et organisationnelles de grandes institutions. Il a dirigé de nombreux programmes d’envergure pour des institutions majeures dans divers secteurs en Amérique du Nord et en Europe.
