Biographie

Michael Segalla est Professeur de Management au sein d'HEC Paris. De nationalité franco-américaine, il a obtenu un Master en Sciences Politiques et en Relations Internationales ainsi qu'un Doctorat en Etudes Organisationnelles et en Relations Sociales (Université de l'Iowa).

Les travaux de recherche et l'enseignement de Michael Segalla regroupent essentiellement les thèmes relatifs à la nécessaire intégration culturelle des entreprises multinationales, et incluent l'élaboration d'outils destinés à gérer les ressources humaines sur le plan international.

Enfin, Michael Segalla est co-rédacteur en chef d'un ouvrage intitulé : "European Cases of Organisational Behaviour and Change " (1996, Sage eds.). Il a publié de nombreux articles dans International Studies Quaterly, The Arbitration Journal, La Lettre de l'Association Européenne de Marketing Bancaire, Relations Industrielles-Industrial Relations, Die Bank-Zeitschrift für Bankpolitik und Bankpraxis, Revue Française de Gestion, Journal of Managerial Psychology, The Financial Times, Les Echos, The European Management Journal, et Harvard Business Review.
