Biographie

Shirish C. Srivastava a rejoint HEC Paris en tant que Professeur après avoir obtenu son Doctorat à l'Ecole de Gestion de l'Université Nationale de Singapour. Avant de rejoindre HEC Paris, il a enseigné à l'Université Nationale de Singapour. Il a présenté ses recherches au cours d'importantes conférences internationales dans de nombreux pays, comme par exemple les USA, le Canada, la Nouvelle Zélande, la Chine, le Japon, la Thaïlande, le Mexique, l'Espagne, la France, Singapour et la Malaisie.

Ses recherches ont fait l'objet de plusieurs publications au sein de plusieurs revues internationales telles que MIS Quarterly (MISQ), MISQ Executive (MISQE), Journal of Management Information Systems (JMIS), Journal of the Association for Information Systems (JAIS), European Journal of Information Systems (EJIS), Infomation Systems Journal (ISJ), Journal of Information Technology (JIT), Communications of the AIS (CAIS), Journal of Global Information Management (JGIM), Information Resources Management Journal (IRMJ), and Electronic Government: An International Journal, pour ne citer qu'eux. Il a été nominé trois fois pour le prestigieux Prix Carolyn Dexter aux Rencontres de l'Académie de Management (AOM) en 2005, 2007 et 2008, et a été finaliste pour le prix au cours de l'AOM de 2007 en Philadelphie. Récemment, il a été nominé pour le Prix William H. Newman au cours de l'AOM de 2009 à Chicago, et a remporté le Prix Gerardine DeSanctis pour la Meilleure Thèse doctorale en communication organisationnelle et systèmes d'information. Il a également obtenu le Concours de Thèses de la Society for Information Management (SIM). En reconnaissance de ses succès, Shirish a été nommé au Who's Who in the World 2009 de Marquis.
