Biographie

Michel Tenenhaus a été professeur de Statistique à HEC Paris de 1973 à 2009. Ses principales recherches concernent l'analyse des données multidimensionnelles : méthodes de codage optimal pour l'analyse de données qualitatives, régression PLS et modélisation d'équations structurelles par l'approche PLS. Il a publié de nombreux articles de recherche dans des revues scientifiques et trois livres : Méthodes Statistiques en Gestion (Dunod, 1994), La régression PLS : théorie et applications (Technip, 1998) and Statistique : Méthodes pour décrire, expliquer et prévoir (Dunod, 2007). Michel Tenenhaus est aussi consultant pour des compagnies industrielles. Il a été président de PLS'99 à Jouy-en-Josas et PLS'09 à Pékin, et co-président des congrès suivants : PLS'01 à Anacapri, PLS'03 à Lisbonne, et PLS'05 à Barcelone.
