Biographie

Tomasz Obloj est professeur associé au sein du département Stratégie à HEC Paris où il enseigne la stratégie aux programmes doctoral, MSc et EMBA. Il obtint son PhD à l'INSEAD en 2011.

Ses centres d'intérêts portent sur la théorie économique des incitations, la conception organisationnelle et l'entente individuelle. Il a publié ses travaux dans des revues telles que  Administrative Science Quarterly, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management et Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice, entre autres.

Il est le lauréat du prix Wiley Blackwell Outstanding Dissertation et finaliste du concours de l'INFORMS / Organization Science Dissertation Proposal. En 2015, il reçut le prix pédagogique BNP Paribas Pierre Vernimmen.
