Founded in 2023 with the support of Schneider Electric, the S&O Impact Lab is a platform that brings together business leaders and researchers committed to deepening their respective understanding of climate and societal challenges in order to better address them.

The goal: combine expertise to broaden perspectives and advance the practices of both organizations and the academic community in response to these challenges.

It is part of the Sustainability & Organizations (S&O) Institute, which takes a systemic and interdisciplinary approach to issues of climate and social sustainability. Drawing on rigorous scientific knowledge, enriched by practical insights, the Institute aims to drive paradigm shifts and develop new management approaches, both in research and in the field.

 

The S&O Impact Lab develops colaborative initiatives with organizations interested in drawing on HEC rich and diverse ecosystem (faculty, students, alumni, partners, etc.):
